The Home Selling Process

Our team will do all the work for you because selling a home shouldn’t be difficult. (It should be fun!) We will make all the steps to selling a house with  the Highland Realty team clear and easy to understand.

Pre-Listing Consultation

During the consultation period we will evaluate the property. Complete a Comparative Marketing Analysis (CMA) to get the market value of your property. Evaluate if any repairs will need to be made prior to listing. Arrange for the photoshoot and will get documents together and signed to go live with the listing. 

Your House Is On The Market

While we are busy in the office marketing the property, you will start to receive showing requests. Don’t worry we keep in constant contact with you about scheduled showings and give you important feedback that we can use to best market your property. 

We Go Under Contract

We help guide you through the whole offer(s) process. This is where the negotiations start with offers and counter offers. Once under contract then we have the inspection and appraisal periods that comes from the buyers side. Don’t worry we will make this as stress free as possible!
